Get in touch

Send us a message — we usually reply within two business days. If you're reporting a bug, please tell us what device you're on (iPhone or Android, model and OS version) and what you were doing when something went wrong — that's almost always enough for us to figure it out.

Feedback

Send us your feedback — tell us what you saw and what would have felt right instead.

Common questions

I deleted the app and reinstalled it — where are my habits?

If you were signed in, sign in again and your habits sync right back down. If you weren't, they lived only on your phone, so deleting the app deleted them with it. A device-level backup (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google Drive backup on Android) can still bring them back if it included the app; otherwise they're gone, and we can't recover them — we never had a copy.

Reminders aren't firing.

First, check that EverMama has notification permission in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → EverMama; Android: Settings → Apps → EverMama → Notifications). If permission is on and reminders still don't fire, check that your phone isn't in a Focus / Do Not Disturb mode that silences this app.

How do I move my habits to a new phone?

Sign in — that's exactly what it's for. Sign in with Apple or Google from Settings on your old phone, then sign in with the same account on the new one, and your habits and completion history follow you over. Sync is optional and free, and your notes to self stay on the phone they were written on. If you'd rather not sign in at all, restoring the new phone from a backup of the old one also carries the app's database across.

Can you add a habit to the library?

Yes — please write to us. The library grows over time and we read every suggestion. Tell us what the habit is, when in the day it fits, and what you think it builds toward in the long run.
